You like me have done many things wrong in the eyes of God. If God is just He should send us both to hell. However, God came to earth as a man by the name of Jesus. This Jesus faced all the temptation you and I face, yet He never sinned. Then God crushed Jesus by allowing Him to die on a cross. God punished Jesus instead of you and me. If we turn from sin and turn to Jesus, He will forgive us our sin and give us new life with Him!
Turn to Jesus and He will forgive your sin and create in you a heart of righteousness, to love God and do right. Please pray this with me:
Lord Jesus, I recognize that I have sinned. I ask you Lord to forgive me my sin. I choose to turn from sin and follow you. I choose to live for you, tell others about you and love others. I choose to be your servant and spread your love. I thank you Lord that you died in my place. I thank you for forgiving me my sin. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
