You agree to leave InChrist Network (our website) and its members, Staff, Administrators and Super Admins and all other users free from any claim or damages. We will not be liable for any loss of profits or other consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages coming from, arising out of or in connection with this statement or our website and/or organization even in such a case where we have been advised of the possibly of such damages. In the case that any law does not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability you understand and agree to the fact that we (our website and its Super Admins, Administrators, Staff and Members) will be liable to the most limited extent permitted by law.

Account Deletion:
You understand that website Super Admins, Administrators and Staff have the power and authority to remove members for any reason. You will not hold us liable for any potential losses, or losses from which you suffer if your account is blocked or terminated or if your IP is banned. You will not create more than one account. You will not create a new account if your account is deleted. Your account may be deleted if you violate any part of this agreement.
Content Removal:
You understand that website Super Admins, Administrators and Staff have the power and authority to remove any content you post on our website for any reason. You give them permission to do so.
Copyright:
You will not post content which you do not own (or create) unless you have expressed permission from the original author to post it.
You own all the content or information posted to our website. You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, global license to use any content or information you post in any way we see fit.
Modifications:
You understand that InChrist Network and its Super Admins and Administrators have the right to change the Terms of Service at any time. Prior to changing our Terms of Service, we will send you a notification of a change in our terms. To disagree or revoke your willingness to accept the changes, you must notify our staff team via the contact form and delete your account. Your failure to delete your account and send notification within 10 days of the email constitutes the acceptance of those changes. The notification may be added to regular email announcements and may not always be the main subject of the announcement.

Transmission:
You understand that InChrist is part of a network of sites. Within these sites, user data transfer is permitted. This includes content you upload or create on InChrist Network
Email:
As a member you understand that InChristNetwork sends out emails to keep you up-to-date with actions relating to your profile at InChrist. You also agree to receive our regular email communications. The communications may include a variety of topics which the InChrist Admins or Staff team may want to relate to you. You can change what actions will result in email notification here: http://inchristnetwork.com/members/settings/notifications. You can terminate all email notifications by deleting your account here: http://inchristnetwork.com/members/settings/delete. You understand that the sure way to stop all emails from us is to delete your account. At times InChrist may launch a new feature which utilizes email notifications. By default members will be opted in to these notifications. During the event of an error or server downtime, administrators may contact you via their personal emails. The InChrist staff or admins may contact you via their personal email. You grant consent to the above (everything listed under email).
Please understand that InChrist may still have some copies of your information on its website backups. Once these backups are deleted InChrist will lose all access to any of that information.
Account Recovery:
You understand that once you delete your account we are unable to recover any information you posted on InChrist or anything related to that account.
Honesty:
You agree never to use false information to fill out your profile. You will never signup with an email, or submit an email to InChrist that does not belong to you personally. Any email you use to signup or add to your profile must be your primary email address and an address which you created and manage for your own personal use. You may use a fake name when signing up at InChrist Network.
Definitions:
